Skvělé ubytování, které můžeme s klidným svědomím doporučit. Dům je čistý, stylově zařízený a perfektně udržovaný. V patře jsou čtyři pohodlné ložnice, v přízemí prostorná kuchyně a v mezipatře čistá koupelna. Velkým plusem je klimatizace v každé obytné místnosti, kterou v létě opravdu oceníte. Kuchyně je skvěle vybavená a zdobí ji krásná mramorová pracovní deska. Hostitelé jsou velmi milí a jejich vztah ke květinám je patrný z nádherně upravené zahrady, která dává domu jedinečnou atmosféru. Kryté posezení s grilem jsme využívali téměř každý večer a večeře s výhledem do zahrady byly skvělou relaxací. Díky okolní zeleni je tu v létě více komárů – spíš známka krásného přírodního prostředí. Stačí repelent, zavírat dveře a využívat sítě v oknech. Rádi se sem vrátíme.

An excellent place to stay that we can recommend with a clear conscience. The house is clean, stylishly furnished and immaculately maintained. There are four comfortable bedrooms upstairs, a spacious kitchen downstairs and a clean bathroom on the mezzanine floor. A major plus is the air conditioning in every living room, which you’ll really appreciate in summer. The kitchen is superbly equipped and features a beautiful marble worktop. The hosts are very friendly, and their love of flowers is evident from the beautifully tended garden, which gives the house a unique atmosphere. We used the covered seating area with the barbecue almost every evening, and dinners overlooking the garden were a great way to unwind. Thanks to the surrounding greenery, there are more mosquitoes here in summer – another sign of a beautiful natural environment. All you need to do is use insect repellent, keep the doors closed and use the mosquito nets on the windows. We’d love to come back.

Ottima sistemazione che possiamo consigliare con la coscienza pulita. La casa è pulita, arredata con stile e perfettamente curata. Ci sono quattro comode camere da letto al piano superiore, una spaziosa cucina al piano inferiore e un bagno pulito al piano rialzato. Un grande vantaggio è l'aria condizionata in ogni soggiorno, che apprezzerai davvero in estate. La cucina è superbamente attrezzata e impreziosita da un bellissimo piano di lavoro in marmo. Gli host sono molto simpatici e il loro rapporto con i fiori è evidente dal giardino splendidamente curato, che dona alla casa un'atmosfera unica. Abbiamo usato l'area salotto coperta con la griglia quasi ogni sera, e le cene con vista sul giardino sono state un ottimo modo per rilassarsi. Grazie al verde circostante, in estate qui ci sono più zanzare, un altro segno di un bellissimo ambiente naturale. Non devi fare altro che usare un repellente, chiudere le porte e usare le zanzariere alle finestre. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

Bonjour, L’agence a été très professionnelle et très réactive par rapport à nos attentes. Elle est en lien direct avec la propriétaire. Si vous avez des demandes spécifiques, n’hésitez pas à en faire part à l’agence, la propriétaire est très arrangeante. La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, nous avons visité ensemble les lieux auxquels elle est très attachée car c’était sa maison d’enfance. C’est une maison qui a une histoire, un passé, tout est d’origine, c’est à ce titre qu’il faut respecter les lieux.

Assolutamente consigliato. Abbiamo trovato una casa bella, ordinata e molto pulita! Le camere da letto sono ampie, con letti comodi. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono di ottima qualità. I condizionatori in tutte le camere da letto ed in cucina sono stati assolutamente un toccasana, viste le temperature esterne durante il nostro soggiorno. La zona esterna sotto la pergola è molto bella e ampia, anche se sono presenti molte zanzare, che gli zampironi forniti hanno tenuto a bada solo in parte. L'installazione di zanzariere in questa zona, a nostro avviso, renderebbe l'area perfetta per passare le serate. Cucina grande, dove è possibile mangiare in tanti.

Una bella vacanza, posto tranquillo e centro facilmente raggiungibile!

Très belle maison familiale ou on se sent bien tout de suite. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Idéalement située à 15mn à pied de la gare nous avons pu nous rendre à Florence en train, visiter les Cinques Terres en bateau au départ de Viareggio.

Sehr schönes gepfegtes Haus mit großem Garten. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub (wenn es auch im August sehr heiß war). Abwicklung usw. hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Velmi pěkně udržovaný dům a zahrada. Perfektně připravený a čistý. Pozornost od hostitelů. Dobrá základna pro výlety po Toskánsku.

Hôtes accueillants et à l’écoute ! Très sympas

Sympatyczni gospodarze, czyste pomieszczenia, przywotały nas śwoeże kwiaty w wazonach, tradycyjne ciasto i wino. Czytałam , że brakuje ciepłej wody, byliśmy w 8 osób nigdy nie brakło. Świetne miejsce wypadowe do Florencji, Pizy, Cinque Terre. Blisko wypożyczalnia rowerów, sklepy, niestety tawerny i restaurację czynne w innych porach niż u nas, trzeba sprawdzać.

Es war super schön. Das Haus ist typisch italienisch. Ein wunderschöner gemütlicher Garten und Kinderspielzeug. DieVermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten sogar ein zusätzliches kinderbett. Vielen Dank.

Die Lage, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit sind positiv. Viele steile Stufen im Haus waren unangenehm.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großem gepflegten Garten, Rutsche und Hängematte. Von den vorhandenen Fahrrädern sollte man allerdings nicht allzuviel erwarten. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man als Selbstverpfleger benötigt. Die Eigentümer wohnen und arbeiten nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl sie ausschließlich italienisch sprechen, war eine Kommunikation, im Zweifelsfall über eine dritte Person, möglich.
Man sollte auf keinen Fall vergessen ein Anti Mücken Spray mitzunehmen, da Diese durch den benachbarten Kanal unvermeidbar da sind.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

La Casa Romana est une magnifique et agréable demeure toute équipée avec un jardin reposant et subliment fleuri. Son emplacement est parfait, à l’écart de l’agitation du centre-ville mais restant à proximité de toutes les commodités et de bons nombres de sites touristiques de Toscane. Les propriétaires sont un couple très arrangeants et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. A recommencer très vite.
Nous tenions encore une fois à remercier mes propriétaires des lieux, qui ont été tes charmants et arrangeants tout au long de notre séjour. Merci également à vous pour votre professionnalisme et nos communications en amont.
