Bonjour, L’agence a été très professionnelle et très réactive par rapport à nos attentes. Elle est en lien direct avec la propriétaire. Si vous avez des demandes spécifiques, n’hésitez pas à en faire part à l’agence, la propriétaire est très arrangeante. La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, nous avons visité ensemble les lieux auxquels elle est très attachée car c’était sa maison d’enfance. C’est une maison qui a une histoire, un passé, tout est d’origine, c’est à ce titre qu’il faut respecter les lieux.

Assolutamente consigliato. Abbiamo trovato una casa bella, ordinata e molto pulita! Le camere da letto sono ampie, con letti comodi. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono di ottima qualità. I condizionatori in tutte le camere da letto ed in cucina sono stati assolutamente un toccasana, viste le temperature esterne durante il nostro soggiorno. La zona esterna sotto la pergola è molto bella e ampia, anche se sono presenti molte zanzare, che gli zampironi forniti hanno tenuto a bada solo in parte. L'installazione di zanzariere in questa zona, a nostro avviso, renderebbe l'area perfetta per passare le serate. Cucina grande, dove è possibile mangiare in tanti.

Una bella vacanza, posto tranquillo e centro facilmente raggiungibile!

Très belle maison familiale ou on se sent bien tout de suite. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Idéalement située à 15mn à pied de la gare nous avons pu nous rendre à Florence en train, visiter les Cinques Terres en bateau au départ de Viareggio.

Sehr schönes gepfegtes Haus mit großem Garten. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub (wenn es auch im August sehr heiß war). Abwicklung usw. hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Velmi pěkně udržovaný dům a zahrada. Perfektně připravený a čistý. Pozornost od hostitelů. Dobrá základna pro výlety po Toskánsku.

Casa e giardino molto curati. Perfettamente preparati e puliti. Attenzione da parte dei padroni di casa. Ottima base per escursioni in Toscana.

Hôtes accueillants et à l’écoute ! Très sympas

Sympatyczni gospodarze, czyste pomieszczenia, przywotały nas śwoeże kwiaty w wazonach, tradycyjne ciasto i wino. Czytałam , że brakuje ciepłej wody, byliśmy w 8 osób nigdy nie brakło. Świetne miejsce wypadowe do Florencji, Pizy, Cinque Terre. Blisko wypożyczalnia rowerów, sklepy, niestety tawerny i restaurację czynne w innych porach niż u nas, trzeba sprawdzać.

Es war super schön. Das Haus ist typisch italienisch. Ein wunderschöner gemütlicher Garten und Kinderspielzeug. DieVermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten sogar ein zusätzliches kinderbett. Vielen Dank.

Die Lage, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit sind positiv. Viele steile Stufen im Haus waren unangenehm.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großem gepflegten Garten, Rutsche und Hängematte. Von den vorhandenen Fahrrädern sollte man allerdings nicht allzuviel erwarten. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man als Selbstverpfleger benötigt. Die Eigentümer wohnen und arbeiten nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl sie ausschließlich italienisch sprechen, war eine Kommunikation, im Zweifelsfall über eine dritte Person, möglich.
Man sollte auf keinen Fall vergessen ein Anti Mücken Spray mitzunehmen, da Diese durch den benachbarten Kanal unvermeidbar da sind.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

La Casa Romana est une magnifique et agréable demeure toute équipée avec un jardin reposant et subliment fleuri. Son emplacement est parfait, à l’écart de l’agitation du centre-ville mais restant à proximité de toutes les commodités et de bons nombres de sites touristiques de Toscane. Les propriétaires sont un couple très arrangeants et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. A recommencer très vite.
Nous tenions encore une fois à remercier mes propriétaires des lieux, qui ont été tes charmants et arrangeants tout au long de notre séjour. Merci également à vous pour votre professionnalisme et nos communications en amont.

Everything was perfect to see family! The home was beautiful and the owner was so lovely. She even brought us Prosecco for my friend’s birthday. Really one of the best rental homes I’ve stayed at. Thank you again!!
