Description
One part of the house (the part you see in all the photos of the house) is rented and the owners live in the other part, on the back of house. The house is built on a hill therefore both parts are accessed ground floor level. Guests have their own and independent entrance, on the ground floor (garden level); the owners have also their own independent entrance on the back of the house. Guests will have complete privacy and exclusive use of the garden (about 200 sqm), of the grounds around the house (about 2 hectares) of the spacious panoramic veranda and half set in earth swimming pool (7x3,1 m, depth: 1.20m). The pool area is equipped with deck-chairs, sun-umbrellas, shower and a wooden house used as changing room.

Restaurant and grocery within 1 km. The owners cultivate within the grounds a garden and are happy to offer their guests vegetables of their production.
Guests may reach in short distance the art city of Pistoia (only 11 km) – its medieval centre hosts a blues festival during summer. Villa di Celle, which offers an exposition of contemporary sculptures, is also located in Pistoia and you may the medieval hamlet of Serravalle. Who is looking for relax and wellness shall visit the famous therapeutic springs of Montecatini Terme and Grotta Giusti at Monsummano. For families travelling with children should lose the opportunity to visit the Pinocchio Park at Collodi.
Interior Description
From the kitchen access to a spacious veranda of about 50 sqm, equipped with table, chairs and barbeque. You may dine outside and enjoy to the full the magnificent views onto the valley. The house is furnished in country style with some pieces of antiques.

Io e la mi famiglia abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana nella casa di Enza e Giuliano; tutto quello che noi cerchiamo in una vacanza è relax e privacy e qui lo abbiamo trovato. La casa è accessoriata di tutto quello che serve con addirittura ben 3 bagni. Il giardino con la terrazza con vista e la piscina (in cui stavamo fino alla mezzanotte a godere del fresco), sono il tocco in più. La strada per accedervi è comoda ed i supermercati sono a circa 10 minuti di auto. Quello che però ha fatto davvero la differenza sono Enza e Giuliano, due persone bellissime, ci hanno accolti benissimo, e sono stati molto amorevoli con i nostri figli. Grazie, di tutto, cercheremo di tornare.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit, wenn man nicht will, bekommt von den gar nichts mit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht, Pool für eine Abkühlung ausreichend, im Garten darf man sich an deren Gemüse bedienen :-). Mit dem Auto erreicht man sehr gut alle Supermärkte, Restaurants oder verschiedene Strände, da muss man natürlich ein bisschen fahren.

Un havre de paix après le bouillonnement des visites,située en hauteur la maison entourée de végétation domine, de la verdure à perte de vue, le jardin sur divers niveaux, des oliviers, des orangers . La maison, parfaite pour 4 est bien équipée, un style baroque adorable, des tableaux des livres, on se croirait chez des amis. Le plus important : les propriétaires..la location est à l'étage les propriétaires sont au bas, les espaces sont très bien séparés,on ne se voit pas sauf si on le souhaite, ils sont d'une discrétion totale et d'une gentillesse absolue...mieux que ça c'est impossible .Merci encore à Enza pour les boutures de cactus et à son époux pour le limoncello d'orange. Un séjour parfait.
Un'oasi di pace dopo la frenesia delle visite, situata in alto, la casa domina, circondata dalla vegetazione, dal verde a perdita d'occhio, dal giardino su più livelli, dagli ulivi e dagli aranci. La casa, perfetta per 4 persone, è ben attrezzata, in un adorabile stile barocco, con quadri e libri, si pensa di stare da amici. La cosa più importante: i proprietari... l'affitto è al piano di sopra, i proprietari al piano di sotto, gli spazi sono molto ben separati, non ci vediamo se non vogliamo, sono assolutamente discreti e gentili... meglio di così è impossibile. Grazie ancora a Enza per le talee di cactus e a suo marito per il limoncello all'arancia. Un soggiorno perfetto.

Maison spacieuse très agréable, très bien équipée dans un très beau cadre silencieux et à proximité des sites intéressants à visiter ; ainsi que de l’accès rapide aux lignes de trains internes pour voir d’autres villes touristiques.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux, accueillants et disponibles en cas de nécessité ; d’une grande gentillesse et ont contribués à la qualité et au bon déroulement de ce séjour en Toscane.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet excellent gîte tenu par Enza et Juliano que nous remercions de tout cœur.

Villa with a beautiful view. Very friendly hosts. There is a private atmosphere. The house and the terrace are very well protected against the moscitos. The kitchen is very well equiped everything there what you need. Enough towels and linen as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Enza und Giuliano empfangen,und die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und verwöhnten und mit Produkten aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen im August in Nievole verbracht es war der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Toscana zu erkunden. Auf der eigenen großen Terrasse kann man den Tag herrlich ausklingen lassen und man einen tollen Blick auf die Hügel der Toscana Der schön angelegte und von Guiliano gepflegte Pool hau eine willkommene Abkühlung geboten. Wie waren Sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für zwei tolle Ferienwochen an Enza und Giuliano

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Euch! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und antik eingerichtet. Dass hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool hat alles noch schöner gemacht.
Wir haben Lucca, Florenz und Pisa besichtigt. Alles war sehr gut zu erreichen.
Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, alle waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit offenen Armen empfangen. Wir haben auch gekocht und gegrillt, alles war vorhanden an Kohle, Töpfe, Besteck etc. sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden! Wir waren begeistert! Vielen Dank für die leckeren Tomaten und die Marmelade. Wir werden Euch auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und vielleicht wieder kommen, wenn wir Sehnsucht nach Italien bekommen.
