Description
The house disposes of a big garden, about 5000 sqm, of which 20 sqm are fenced for eventual domestic animals. There is a private swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella, table and chairs, barbeque and pizza oven at the guests’ disposal. There is a small cottage on the property in which the owners spend from time to time a weekend in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden.
There is a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco, views onto the garden and the pool. The swimming pool is half set in earth, 3,70 x 6m, deep: 1.20m. External utility room with washing machine. Parking 50 m from the holiday home. The house disposes of WiFi, but as it is located within the woods, the connection is not always stable.
Guests can have magnificent strolls to the nearby small villages of Montefegatesi, S. Cassiano or l’Orrido di Botri (also known as the canyon of the Apennine) and discover the untouched nature.

Vi nød vores rolige og meget private ophold i dette smukke stenhus. Catia er en meget sød og hjælpsom vært. Det er et stort plus at man kan gå til en lille lokal købmand, hvor der kan købes café og lækre lokale produkter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful and very private stay in this beautiful stone house. Catia is a very kind and helpful host. It’s a real bonus to be able to walk to a small local shop where you can buy coffee and delicious local produce.

Catia, the host, was really kind and welcoming. Uncomplicated and helpful contact. The house is an eldery stone house which is quite charming and is surrounded by trees. During the day the sun directly enlightens different parts of the garden. Beautiful!

Logement magnifique, dans un cadre verdoyant, calme, loin de l'agitation urbaine. Propriétaires extrêmement gentils, faisant l'effort de parler Français, disponibles et réactifs en cas de besoin! Le logement est frais, propre, spacieux, disposant de tout le nécessaire! Le four a pizza est un plus appréciable. La petite rivière en contre bas occupe les enfants! Tout y est pour passer un séjour ressourçant, ce qui fut notre cas! Merci Catia et Stéphane!

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle région de Toscane! Malheureusement, le beau temps n’était pas de la partie et avons dû troquer nos souliers de marche et vélos de montagne pour des parapluies et des visites citadines!
Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questa bellissima zona della Toscana! Purtroppo, il bel tempo non era dalla nostra parte e abbiamo dovuto scambiare le nostre scarpe da trekking e le mountain bike per ombrelli e visite in città!

Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter, daher konnten wir die Vorzüge des Hauses nicht genießen. Stattdessen war es sehr kühl und feucht.
Aber grundsätzlich tolles Anwesen.
Lage sehr einsam und Anreise zwar sehr idyllisch aber auch etwas beschwerlich.

Fantastic place if you like outdoors. we spent 1 week here but our boys (2 and 4yr old) felt absolutely no reason to leave because there was so much to explore (such as the creek surrounding the house). Great hikes right around the corner, we really liked it!

This home was absolutely perfect for us it was very high up a mountain. I must say the house gets really cold in the winter we paid extra for heating which was a little over priced 160 euro for 6 days because heating was not included they do have an amazing fire place which will heat up the kitchen very well. Other than that host was great she responded pretty fast. The house is 1 hr and 12 minutes to Pisa and 1 hr and 50 min to Florence. Over all I would stay again in this property but in a warmer weather. Catia thank you for everything.
