Descriptif
Le terrain de la propriété est en terrasses, et sur l’un d’eux, au-dessus de la maison, se trouve la piscine hors du sol (7,5 m x 3,5 m, profondeur 1,30 m). La piscine est à l’usage exclusif des clients des deux appartements et la maison est la destination idéale pour 2 familles voyageant ensemble.

Les deux appartements disposent d’un espace extérieur privé, équipé avec table, chaises, parasols et barbecue pour manger en plein air.
Alla Piazzetta a un jardin commun pour les deux appartements dans lesquels se trouve la piscine, une douche, des chaises longues et un parasol.
C’est un endroit parfait pour les familles qui voyagent ensemble et qui peuvent louer la propriété entière en partageant la piscine et en profitant de l’intimité d’une maison.
Dans les environs il y a beaucoup d’activités qui vous attendent!
Il y a plusieurs petits lacs et rivières à découvrir pour les pêcheurs d’eau douce et les amoureux de la nature peuvent faire de belles promenades, balades à vélo ou randonnées.
Les villes d’art toscanes comme Lucques, Pise, Florence ou Sienne sont accessibles en peu de temps et la côte avec ses plages de sable doré aussi.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit zauberhaftem Blick über die Toskana. Die Anfahrt ist am Ende etwas steil aber an sich auch mit einem Bulli machbar. Auf dem Bild sieht man es nicht, aber wir hatten sogar 2 Terassen: vor dem Haus und hinter dem Haus mit Blick auf die Berge. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis. Het huis is heel compleet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. En als je iets mist kan je gewoon een berichtje naar de eigenaar sturen en dan komt hij het brengen. Helaas was de airco stuk toen wij aankwamen, maar dit werd gelukkig wel de dag erna gemaakt. Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft een mooi uitzicht. De weg ernaar heeft een kleine pittige bocht, maar is verder goed te doen. Communicatie met de eigenaar (de broer van de eigenaar) was goed en hij reageerde snel. Zou het zeker aanraden!
We had a lovely holiday in the house. The house is very well-equipped and has everything you need. And if you’re missing anything, you can simply send a message to the owner and he’ll bring it round. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken when we arrived, but thankfully it was fixed the very next day. The swimming pool is lovely and has a beautiful view. The road leading to it has a small, sharp bend, but is otherwise easy to navigate. Communication with the owner (the owner’s brother) was good and he responded quickly. I’d definitely recommend it!
We had a lovely stay in this charming house, nestled peacefully in the mountains near Lucca. The accommodation is spotless and comfortable, with comfortable beds that allow for a truly restful stay. Everything is designed to make you feel at home and want for nothing. A peaceful getaway that we highly recommend!
Very relaxing and peaceful location. Thanks to Simone for the lovely surprise basket of food and wine. We appreciated the gesture as we arrived without any food. The swimming was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

We have just returned from our week staying in this idyllic villa just outside Lucca. The accommodation is stunning with everything you need. The bedrooms are very comfortable with air conditioning in the main bedroom. The lounge area has a large table with a comfy sofa and ,the all important, air conditioning. The kitchen is well appointed and we were given a welcome basket of wine, pasta and beer! The pool area has fantastic views over the hills and plenty of loungers. The owners are extremely accommodating and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa for your holiday. Outstanding.

Il posto è in collina a poca distanza da Lucca. Federico è un padrone di casa attento e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e abbiamo respirato tutto l’amore per la casa e per far sentire gli ospiti a casa.
