Il terreno è a piane, e su una di queste, sovrastante la casa, si trova la piscina fuori terra (7,5 m x 3,5 m, profondità 1,30 m). La piscina è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti di entrambi gli appartamenti e la casa è la meta ideale per 2 famiglie che viaggiano insieme.

Entrambi gli appartamenti dispongono di area esterna privata, attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, ombrelloni e barbecue per mangiare all’aperto.
Alla Piazzetta ha un giardino in comune per entrambi gli appartamenti nel quale si trova la piscina, una doccia, sedie a sdraio e ombrellone.
E’ un luogo perfetto per famiglie che viaggiano insieme e che possono affittare l’intera proprietà condividendo la piscina e godendo la privacy di una casa.
Nei dintorni sono tante le attività che vi aspettano!
Ci sono diversi laghetti e fiumi da scoprire per i pescatori di acqua dolce e gli amanti della natura i quali possono effettuare bellissime passeggiate, uscite in bicicletta o escursioni.
Le città d’arte toscane come Lucca, Pisa, Firenze o Siena sono raggiungibili in breve tempo e anche la costa con le sue spiagge di sabbia dorata.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit zauberhaftem Blick über die Toskana. Die Anfahrt ist am Ende etwas steil aber an sich auch mit einem Bulli machbar. Auf dem Bild sieht man es nicht, aber wir hatten sogar 2 Terassen: vor dem Haus und hinter dem Haus mit Blick auf die Berge. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis. Het huis is heel compleet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. En als je iets mist kan je gewoon een berichtje naar de eigenaar sturen en dan komt hij het brengen. Helaas was de airco stuk toen wij aankwamen, maar dit werd gelukkig wel de dag erna gemaakt. Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft een mooi uitzicht. De weg ernaar heeft een kleine pittige bocht, maar is verder goed te doen. Communicatie met de eigenaar (de broer van de eigenaar) was goed en hij reageerde snel. Zou het zeker aanraden!
We had a lovely holiday in the house. The house is very well-equipped and has everything you need. And if you’re missing anything, you can simply send a message to the owner and he’ll bring it round. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken when we arrived, but thankfully it was fixed the very next day. The swimming pool is lovely and has a beautiful view. The road leading to it has a small, sharp bend, but is otherwise easy to navigate. Communication with the owner (the owner’s brother) was good and he responded quickly. I’d definitely recommend it!
We had a lovely stay in this charming house, nestled peacefully in the mountains near Lucca. The accommodation is spotless and comfortable, with comfortable beds that allow for a truly restful stay. Everything is designed to make you feel at home and want for nothing. A peaceful getaway that we highly recommend!
Very relaxing and peaceful location. Thanks to Simone for the lovely surprise basket of food and wine. We appreciated the gesture as we arrived without any food. The swimming was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

We have just returned from our week staying in this idyllic villa just outside Lucca. The accommodation is stunning with everything you need. The bedrooms are very comfortable with air conditioning in the main bedroom. The lounge area has a large table with a comfy sofa and ,the all important, air conditioning. The kitchen is well appointed and we were given a welcome basket of wine, pasta and beer! The pool area has fantastic views over the hills and plenty of loungers. The owners are extremely accommodating and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa for your holiday. Outstanding.

Il posto è in collina a poca distanza da Lucca. Federico è un padrone di casa attento e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e abbiamo respirato tutto l’amore per la casa e per far sentire gli ospiti a casa.

We visited Lucca twice, saw the Tower of Pisa and Marina di Pisa. Of course we went to Florence and Pistoia was also very nice.
