Description
This house, designed with great attention to detail, will provide you with unforgettable moments. Everything is provided for your comfort - air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, private car park, Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, hairdryer and electric barbecue.
The house (65 square metres) can accommodate up to 4 people and is completely at your disposal.
Your four-legged friends are also very welcome! The access road to the house is narrow in some places, leads uphill and has bends, but you don't need four-wheel drive.
Attractions
If you want to leave this cosy wellness oasis, you can visit the white sandy beaches of Versilia or play a round of golf or tennis, also in Forte Dei Marmi. Forte dei Marmi is a real hotspot with international boutiques, authentic restaurants and bars that invite you to socialise in the evenings. The weekly market (Wednesday and Sunday) is also highly recommended.
The immediate surroundings are ideal for walks or cycle tours.
The marble quarries in Carrara and the art cities of Tuscany can be reached quickly and easily.

Interior Description
The fenced garden (approx. 1m high, in the lower part of the fence a mesh fence approx. 40 cm) is laid out in terraces - on one is the jacuzzi (2.50 x 2.30m - 3 pers.); there are tables and chairs in various spots in the garden. There is also an electric barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the spectacular view from the sunbeds in the garden and the togetherness!
The house has been renovated with great attention to detail and charm - the furnishings are stylish and also offer all amenities.

Eine wunderschöne Oase in den Hügeln der toskanischen Küste!
Wir durften zwei erholsame Woche in diesem sehr speziellen Haus verbringen. Es ist vor Kurzem auf liebevolle Art und Weise renoviert worden, ein Traum für jeden Nostalgie Freund. In dieser Perle fehlt es an Nichts, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren in der Nebensaison und mussten schon heizen, was kein Problem war, es gibt Wärmepumpen und einen Schwedenofen.
Das Haus ist umgeben von einem großen Garten, in Stufen am Hang gelegen mit kleinen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Blick auf die Küste ist atemberaubend, man kann von Livorno bis Cinque Terre blicken, das in etwa einer Stunde zu erreichen ist. Der Jacuzzi und die Sauna perfektionieren dieses Idylle. Giulia und ihr Vater sind wunderbare Gastgeber und haben uns hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Traumhafte Unterkunft. Grandioser Ausblick, Privatsphäre, Ruhe und als Krönung ein Whirlpool und eine Mini Sauna mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit viel liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Anwesen an und für sich hätte 6 Sterne verdient. Küche ist etwas klein und für mehrere Personen zu kochen könnte schwierig werden. Die Betten oben im Schlafzimmer sind die besten Betten die ich je außerhalb meines Eigenen testen durfte. Ein Traum an Schlaf-Komfort. Fazit: Ein Traumhaftes Anwesen mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Erstausstattung beinhaltete alles was man die ersten Tage braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Hacken: Die Straßen sind sehr schmal und zwei Autos passen nicht immer nebeneinander.
