Description
Pets and animals are welcome: since the owner is a veterinary, she is able to offer veterinary assistance, if needed. As the farm is located in a rural area, loose cats and dogs are commonly found on the premises along with other species of wild animals (like foxes, hares etc.). So, this property will suit perfectly those who are fond of nature and countryside.
Guests have at their full disposal a beautiful in-ground swimming pool (12 x 6m, deep 1,50-2,50) set in panoramic position. Moreover, the property allows quick and easy access to the famous Tuscan art cities with their rich history and century old traditions such as nearby Lucca 5km, Pisa 14 km and the coast 15 km.
Parking within the grounds.
The particularly favourable climate, given to the proximity to the sea, makes a stay at Le Piane ideal all year round. Upon request, it is possible to go sea fishing on a boat and/or to take diving courses in the swimming pool.
Interior Description
1st floor: mezzanine with 1 double bed, exit onto a terrace equipped with a table and chairs. There is a veranda with a table and chairs, deckchairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco.
Well cared furnishings in country style. Beamed ceilings, some walls with visible stones.
The owners live on the back-side of the holiday home Le Piane; with a separate entrance and they dispose of their private outdoor area.
Within a not asphalted road, about 600m, easily accessible, you may reach the holiday home Le Piane.
Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.

We had a fantastic stay! The house met all our expectations, and the private pool is amazing. The surroundings are beautiful, and the house is located close to Lucca.
You’re truly situated on a Tuscan hill. The house is easy to reach.

Questo posto è così ben tenuto!
A noi ha piaciuto anche la decorazione della casa con disegni di ogni genere, e non potremo mai dimenticare l'accoglienza con piccoli piatti di verdure da saggiare:) Sono già mandate alcune fotografie e descrizioni alla famiglia ed ai nostri amici in Danimarca e quindi speriamo di poter contribuire a far conoscere le Piane a tanti altri nel mondo!

This is our 3rd visit to Le Piane and we just love it here. Be it the quiet of the morning to the lovely sun and heat of the day by the good. And the evening watching the five bonn down waiting in anticiation of the coming. BBQ! oh hour we love our steak! Make save Mauro tells wher his local botcher is!
Mauro and Simona are the perfect hosts. So helful and accomodating. Thank you Mauro and Simona for the lovely meals together and the good laughs along the way.
