The house is furnished with great care, featuring beautiful high ceilings with wooden beams, air conditioning in the living area and fans in the bedrooms. Good Wi-Fi and comfortable beds ensure a relaxing stay. Perfect for 4 to 8 guests!
The apartment can be booked in three different configurations, with a reduction in the number of guests and a corresponding reduction in price:
- For 8 guests (entire apartment);
- For 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the 4th bedroom remains closed);
- For 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (two bedrooms remain closed)

Die Möbel sind stilsicher aus allen Epochen der letzten 120 Jahre ausgewählt, die Bilder geschmackvoll, die lange Geschichte des Hauses beeindruckend. Alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden: TV, Klimaanlage, Herd, Mikrowelle, Fön... Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Bäder frisch renoviert, die Betten bequem. Wer gern bei offenem Fenster schläft, sollte auf Stimmen aus der geschäftigen Via Fillungo und die Straßenreinigung am frühen Morgen gefasst sein. Aber das gehört hier mitten in der schönen Altstadt dazu. Den Hinweisen und Tipps in der Hausbroschüre kann man bedenkenlos folgen. Das Meer, Florenz, Pisa... mit dem Zug ist von hier aus alles schnell und kostengünstig erreichbar. Das Beste: die zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die mehrsprachigen Besitzerinnen der Agentur Abitare Holiday Homes und eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns sogar persönlich einen Wasserkocher brachte - das wirklich einzige, was uns und unseren Söhnen zum Urlaubsglück in dieser wunderbaren Stadt noch fehlte.
Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und werden das Appartement sowie Abitare Holiday Homes unseren Freunden sowie befreundeten Reisejournalisten weiterempfehlen Weiterhin viel Erfolg mit Ihrem sympathischen Unternehmen!

Un très beau séjour en famille dans un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de soin en plein cœur de la vieille ville animée de Lucques. Musées, églises et promenades en vélo sont toutes à portées de pas. Il y en avait pour tout le monde, des grands ados aux tout-petits. La climatisation dans le salon nous a bien aidée à passer la vague de chaleur.
