Starting from Galleria degli Artisti, there are many full day and half-day trips that you can organise. You can certainly reach the small historical centre of Lucca on foot (approx. 500m away), which is surrounded by its beautiful walls and has a special charm which you will hardly find elsewhere.
Lucca is a beautiful art city, rich of beautiful churches, palazzi, squares and stunning sights. Piazza San Michele, Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, San Martino Cathedral, Guinigi Tower and the shopping lane Via Fillungo are definitely worth a visit. You can also discover old workshops, trattorias and excellent restaurants in its picturesque alleys.
Many events take place in Lucca all year around and make it a perfect choice for your holidays: the Comics exhibition, the operas, classical concerts, the Summer Festival, the arts and craft market, the market of antiques which takes place every 3rd weekend of a month and much more.
From Lucca you can make one-day trips to the most important art cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa and Siena, visit picturesque medieval towns nestled in the countryside like Montecarlo, go to the seaside in Versilia or to Livorno, Castiglioncello and le Cinque Terre or organize bike trips or treks, following the tour of the Ville Lucchesi, which are located about 6 km from the city.

Sleeping area with 1 large marble bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin large French window, 1 bedroom with French bed (155 x 185 cm) exit to a balcony (approx. 2 sqm), 1 double bedroom (standard double bed 160 x 190 cm).
The flat is furnished with great care in a modern style with fine furniture, very colourful paintings and large windows that make it very bright. Every detail has been taken care of by the owners to make their guests' stay pleasant.

Tutto meraviglioso più di quanto mi aspettavo. Nel mio bellissimo soggiorno a Lucca con mia sorella ho trovato questo meraviglioso appartamentino dove le foto sarebbero riduttive per comunicare la sua cura e charme, ci vorrebbe un video per esprimere al meglio l'insieme di ogni dettaglio e la grandissima pulizia dell'ambiente finemente curato. È piuttosto difficile trovare la stessa cosa in altre strutture, giro molto per lavoro e Galleria degli Artisti è entrata nella mia top ten da subito! Complimenti a chi lo gestisce !

Everything marveled more than I expected. During my wonderful stay in Lucca with my sister, I found this amazing little apartment where photos simply wouldn't do it justice. You'd really need a video to better capture every detail and the exceptional cleanliness of the finely curated space. It's quite difficult to find something similar in other accommodations; I travel a lot for work, and Galleria degli Artisti immediately entered my top ten! Congratulations to whoever manages it!

Questo appartamento ha superato le mie aspettative! Lo spazio è ben distribuito, con soggiorno e una cucina super moderna. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per offrire il massimo del comfort. La posizione è ottima: vicino a negozi, ristoranti e fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Un altro punto a favore è la pulizia impeccabile e l’ottima qualità degli arredi. Perfetto per chi cerca un angolo di tranquillità senza rinunciare alla modernità. Lo consiglio al 100%!

Un appartamento perfetto per chi cerca comfort e stile! La struttura è moderna e ben curata, con un'attenzione particolare ai dettagli. La zona living è spaziosa, e il balcone è un'ottima aggiunta per godersi l'aria aperta. Le camere da letto sono silenziose e accoglienti, con un letti comodissimi. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza davvero positiva!

L'appartamento è semplicemente fantastico! Design moderno e raffinato, con finiture di alta qualità che danno subito una sensazione di lusso. Le stanze sono ampie, luminose e molto ben arredate. La cucina è super equipaggiata, perfetta per chi ama cucinare. La zona giorno è davvero accogliente, ideale per rilassarsi. Inoltre, la posizione è comodissima, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e vicina ai principali servizi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ho soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento qualche giorno con la mia famiglia. La casa è molto pulita e curata nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano con ascensore molto grande, parcheggio libero sotto casa, vicino al centro: 5 minuti a piedi, fermata autobus davanti casa, noi praticamente non abbiamo più usato l'auto, anche la stazione rimane molto vicina. Sotto casa ci sono negozi alimentari e una pasticceria buonissima dove abbiamo fatto colazione più volte. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Un posto ideale dove ritornare e che consiglio vivamente!

Ogni anno vengo a Lucca. Ogni volta una nuova scoperta come questo nuovissimo e stilosissimo appartamento “degli artisti”. Galleria degli Artisti è un vero gioiellino oltre le aspettative! Curato nel minimo dettaglio, luminoso, accogliente, silenzioso e provvisto di ogni necessità. C'è pure l’ ascensore se non ti va di fare una rampa di scale! Elettrodomestici ottimi, adoro la cucina di design con il bancone penisola viola! Ottima posizione centralissima a tutto. Nelle vicinanze buoni locali e ottima pasticceria dietro casa e gelateria! Palazzo e quartiere elegante tranquillo super raccomandato! Ottimo servizio di accoglienza agenzia! Tornerò sicuramente, bellissima esperienza!

Appartamento di design silenzioso, luminoso, curato, pulitissimo e provvisto di ogni necessità e devo dire veramente a due passi dal centro! Ho lasciato l'auto parcheggiata davanti casa e ho girato Lucca in lungo e in largo sempre a piedi , Posizione veramente ottima, e centrale a tutto, se vieni con l'auto dall'autostrada sappi che si può uscire sia a Lucca Est che Ovest senza rimanere nel traffico e questo per me è stato un altro valore aggiunto. Altro valore aggiunto (da non sottovalutare a Lucca) per me è stato l’ ascensore molto grande, e comodo se avete diverse valigie e non vi va di fare quella piccola rampa di scale in più. Accoglienza check-in e check-out ottimi. Buona Wi-Fi, ho potuto lavorare durante tutto il mio soggiorno serenamente e concedermi poi anche momenti di svago/distrazione nella pittoresca Lucca con le sue magnifiche mura pedonali. Vivamente consigliato. Tornerò sicuramente.
