Interior Description
The house is built on terraced grounds, the entrance is on the 1st floor. The interiors consist of: hallway, living room with 1 double sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, window with wonderful views onto the valley, 1 double bedroom (beds may be divided), 1 double bedroom, kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, dining table. A couple of steps lower: 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, wc and bidet.
The outside of the house consist of a patio equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a terraced garden.
From the house level some steps lead to the terrace below where guests have at their disposal a swimming pool.
Parking space at roughly 50 m from the house, a steep, not paved path conducts to the house. It is possible to unload luggage/groceries in front of the house.
Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.

Michele et son épouse étaient d une très grande gentillesse, tout était parfait, l emplacement de la maison avec une vue incroyable ainsi que la piscine .
L emplacement géographique proche de Lucques , et quasiment mi distance de Pise et de Florence est un atout indéniable
Je recommande sans retenue et vous conseille vivement venir sur Ciciana pour vos prochaines vacances!!

Een heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek, en met name de keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Een fantastische tuin en zwembad. Alles werd heel goed bijgehouden door de host en zijn vrouw, die enorm aardig en behulpzaam waren. Een echte aanrader!
A lovely house in a beautiful location, and the kitchen in particular is fully equipped. A fantastic garden and swimming pool. Everything was very well looked after by the host and his wife, who were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
Una casa incantevole in una posizione meravigliosa, con una cucina particolarmente ben attrezzata. Un giardino e una piscina fantastici. Tutto era tenuto in perfetto ordine dal padrone di casa e da sua moglie, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Da consigliare vivamente!

Les propriétaires d'une gentillesse remarquable passent régulièrement tôt le matin pour l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine, tout est très beau.
