La Capannella

Es ist ein traumhaftes Ferienhäuschen, von der Lage allerdings etwas abgelegen, ohne Auto kann man nichts unternehmen. Dafür eine sehr ruhige Umgebung, bei Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und wir wurden freundlich von Grazia und Sergio (den Vermietern) begrüßt. Kaution und Strom wurde sehr professionell gemeinsam abgelesen und es gab einen Beleg über die hinterlegte Kaution.
Das gesamte Häuschen ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht und ohne unnötiges Schnickschnack. Alle Küchenutensilien sind funktionell intakt und so sauber, dass man sie direkt benutzen kann.

Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird täglich von einem Roboter gereinigt, ebenso der Rasen.
Der Müll verschwindet wie von Zauberhand in der Nacht und das Ehepaar ist jederzeit ansprechbar, aber nicht aufdringlich. Sie wohnen direkt Garten an Garten.

Die Klimaanlage kühlt gut, diese sollte man allerdings bei den extra zu bezahlenden Stromkosten einkalkulieren. Wir hatten extra darauf geachtet, das Licht nicht brennen zu lassen und die Klimaanlage nur laufen zu lassen, wenn wirklich benötigt und haben für 14 Tage 180 € Stromkosten gehabt, was allerdings transparent und genau berechnet wurde.

Man kann sehr schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Man ist in 40 Minuten in Pisa oder am Meer. Auch Lucca selbst ist eine sehr schöne historische Stadt.

Wir hatten hier insgesamt einen wundervollen Urlaub und würden wiederkommen.

Wir danken euch für das herzliche Wilkommen mit Obstschale, Wein, Plätzchen & Wasser. Wir haben uns sofort wohlegefühlt in eurem wunderbaren Haus. Auf alle unsere Wünsche seid ihr sofort eingegangen, egal ob es die Heizung oder der Pool war. Auch das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super ordentlich. Im Garten zu sitzen und die Herbstsonne zu geniessen war traumhaft. Natürlich sind wir auch nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz mit dem Bus gefahren. Wir danken euch, dass ihr den Toskana-Urlaub noch traumhafter für uns gemacht habt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Thank you for being such welcoming hosts, we have thorougly enjoyed our stay. Sadly we brought most of the English weather with us but fortunately we were able to see Pisa, Lucca and more. We hope to visit again in the years to come.

Grazie Mille for a wonderful stay in your lovely house. We enjoyed cooling off from the heat in the pool and the boys liked doing lenghts and going under water. We visited Lucca many times and cycled on the walls which was great fun! We also went to the beach at Viareggio, saw the Leaning Tower in Pisa, visited towns and villages in the Tuscan hills like Barga and Bagni di Luicca which were lovely! Barga has some stunning views!

A really lovely, comfortable and well equipped house which is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the swimming pool is fantastic. Our hosts were great - they are warm, welcoming and generous. We cannot wait to return!

Thank you once again for a wonderful holiday - La Capannella is a real home away from home for us now. The house and pool are absolutely perfect, and both owners are so kind and welcoming. We have stayed in many holiday homes from The Isle of Skye to California and nowhere has been more homely than here. Everything we could need. We visited Lucca every 2nd day - it's so close! - also did a day trip to Cinque Terre which we would highly recommend. Bike rental from Lucca was super easy - Ciclismoplus are great. Also Gelateria Veneta in Lucca (the oldest gelato shop) is very good! Another amazing holiday - hope to see you soon!

We have enjoyed our stay here at the villa. Thank you for the fruit and the limoncello - excellent! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after time in the sun. Visited Lucca several times and Montecarlo for lunch. Villa Torrigiani di Camigliano is worth a visit locally.

The garden is immaculate and the smell of the jasmine blossoms was incredible. We have explored much of north-west Tuscany and have fallen in love with Lucca. Viareggio and Montecatini were great days out and Florence took our breath away. Weather has been really warm and sunny and the pool has been a godsend. We wish we had booked a little longer. No doubt we will try and book again in the future!

Thank you for a perfect stay! The villa and pool have been wonderful. We have visited Lucca, Pisa, Florence and some of the lovely beaches. The wine, fruit basket and limoncello were a lovely touch. Thank you for being such kind, generous and gracious hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at la Capannella. The host and hostess are very friendly and the house is attractively decorated. Everything you need is there. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the pool. Trips to Lucca and Volterra are easy to make. We thought it was a unique location.

Bedank dat we in dil prachtige huis mochten verblijven. We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. Ondanks het water nog erg koud was, zijn de kinderen er toch een aantal keer in geweest. We hebben veel van de omgewing gezien. We zijn in Lucca geweest, Pisa, Designer Outlet Barberino, Lamborghini Museum, Ferrari Museum, Pagani Museum en naar de kust Viareggio. Bedankt voor de zelf gemaakte limoncello.

we stayed La Capannella for approximately 2 weeks. And it has been one of the greatest experiences. From the moment we had arrived we immediately felt very welcome. The hosts are friendly and explained everything. They also provided us with several tips on what to do in Lucca.

The accommodation was amazing. Everything was clean, and we were even given a fruit basket! The beds were good and the garden was even better! We must say this location is perfect to stay in while exploring Tuscany.

We want to thank the hosts once again for our stay!

Idyllic Italian home. Sergio and Gratzia are the perfect hosts. They were helpful and have provided absolutely everything you could want in a holiday home. We feel very lucky to have stayed twice now and will be booking to go back.
The house itself is beautiful and has been so well thought out it is a real home - the star of the show is without a doubt the stunning garden and swimming pool. It was 40 degrees when we were there and the pool was the perfect place to be.
The house is a very quick and easy 10 minute drive to Lucca so is perfectly located. All in all the best holiday rental we have stayed in.

We had a brilliant time in La Capannella. The house and garden were absolutely lovely. There was lots of space in the house and the pool was really clean and cool. The hosts (who live next door) were so friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but we managed to communicate via Google translate! We are family of 4 and we would recommend it very highly indeed.

Wij verbleven 3 nachten met gezin in dit leuke huisje. Eigenaren wonen ernaast en zijn super vriendelijk. Dichtbij Lucca, Pisa en Florance.

Une maison où on se sent bien tout de suite. Les petites intentions des propriétaires (Grazia et Sergio) nous ont ravi. La région est toujours aussi belle et envoutante. Nous y retournerons volontiers !!!

We loved our stay at the villa. Grazia and Sergio were so lovely. They were so helpful and even out some tomatoes they had grown in their garden through to us. The house is beautiful and so unique - lots of memorabilia from the cinema that the owners family used to own. The pool was amazing - set in a lovely garden with fruit trees and flowers. Everything was so well kept. Spotlessly clean and just everything you could want from a holiday home. We would love to visit again.

In Ihrem Ferienhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Begrussung war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns uber das Obst, das Ol, den Wein und das Wasser gefreut. Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber und gemutlich dort haben wir gerne unsere Zeit verbracht.
Wir waren in Lucca un in Pisa und haben die Windhohle "La Grotta del Vento" besichtigt, eine Wanderung durch den Canyon "Orrido di Botri" gemacht und 2 Tage am Strand relaxt.

Beautiful house and garden, great facilities, great pool. The landlords are really nice, and the contact and handling with Abitare is flawless. We will definitely come again.

We have spent a wonderful two weeks in Italy, we have visited Siena, Florence and Pisa.
Elliot and Luca really liked going up the tower, I however was not so keen!
Siena and Florence we highly recommend you to visit, really beautiful.
The villa has been amazing, the kids have loved the pool. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Sergio and Grazia have been wonderful, such lovely people, who really do go out of their way to help.

Siamo ritornati anche quest'anno perchè il posto merita proprio. La casa è molto confortevole, super pulita, il giardino con la piscina curatissimi e poi si è ad un passo da Lucca. In un'ora si raggiunge Firenze, Lido di Camaiore, in un'ora e mezza si è a Volterra, San Gimignano. E poi i proprietari...che dire delle persone meravigliose sempre pronte ad accontantare ogni richiesta. Se si cerca una casa dove passare delle vacanze in totale relax questo è il posto giusto.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno alla Capannella. I proprietari curano in maniera impeccabile questa bella villetta. Ci hanno accolto con tanta simpatia e con un bel cesto di frutta squisita e del buon vino. Durante la vacanza non sono mancati anche i prodotti del loro orto che abbiamo trovato buonissimi. Pezzo forte il limoncello e l'olio di propria produzione. La casa è veramente ben organizzata e non manca niente e per qualsiasi cosa, i proprietari, sono sempre disponibili. Speriamo di tornare in futuro!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole nella vostra casa arredata con gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il giardino e la piscina. Posto incantevole ad un attimo da Lucca. Nella casa non manca nulla. I proprietari sono gentilissimi sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. La casa è molto pulita e curata nel dettaglio. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile.

La Capannella heeft een centrale ligging voor uitstappen naar Pisa, Firenze, Lucca, Marina di Pisa, ... Wij hebben twee weken genoten van dit fantastische huisje (heel proper!) met zwembad. Grazia en Sergio zijn de zeer lieve, gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaren van La Capannella. Een aanrader! Van ons krijgen Grazia en Sergio een 10/10! Een tweede wc was welkom ;-)

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza Toscana alla Capannella grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Grazia e Sergio che ci hanno accolti con un omaggino di frutta e una bottiglia di vino, poi durante il soggiorno, Grazia ci ha portato delle verdure fresche dal loro modesto orto biologico. This was our first holiday as a new family with our beautiful newborn daughter Saar.

Wir sind nun schon das zweite Mal in der freundlichen und aufmerksamen Obhut von Sergio und Grazia. Obwohl dieser Frühling leider recht kühl war, haben wir den Garten und die schöne Umgebung genossen.
Viareggio Lucca Firenze Parco Pinocchio waren nur einige unserer Reiseziele. Wir haben die Zeit in Italien sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder einmal zurück.
