- 75% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 14 and 2 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 1 day and the arrival day or in case of no-show.

Hello,
we’ve had a wonderful time here in Buti.
We’ve visited lovely and beautiful places like Lucca, Pisa, Garfagnana, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Chianti. We’ve really enjoyed the luxury of this house ( dishwasher, washing machine and the pool) in a quiet village. La grotto in the center of Buti is very nice to eat and the Coop in Bientina has everything you need (small tips for the next visitors )
