Podere San Martino, splendido casale ristrutturato situato sulle colline tra Lucca e Pisa, ideale per famiglie con bambini, per chi viaggia con animali, immerso negli olivi, con una vista mozzafiato e una meravigliosa piscina privata a sfioro.
Vista mozzafiato, bellissima piscina a sfioro, terrazza panoramica: La casa dispone di una bellissima piscina a sfioro interrata e privata (9 mx 6 m profonda 1,40 m) ad acqua salata ed attrezzata con ombrelloni, sdraio, doccia esterna e di un grande giardino a terrazze, completamente recintato (altezza 1.50m) di circa 1000 mq. Nelle belle giornate vista mozzafiato fino a Volterra, escursioni a Volterra, Pisa ecc. Non mancano comfort come SAT-TV, WIFI incluso, tutte le finestre con zanzariere, paese di Buti con “tutto” vicinissimo. Terrazza panoramica (8 mq) attrezzata con tavolo e sedie e zona coperta con barbecue in muratura, forno a legna e lavandino. Perfetta per famiglie con bambini: Ideale per famiglie con bambini grazie ad una piscina recintata, letto bambino, seggiolone, vasca per bimbi, passeggino. Ottimo anche per chi ha il cane, tutto recintato con rete, altezza 1.10m. Parcheggio vicino alla casa .
Gite di un giorno all’aria aperta:
A richiesta (ed a pagamento) gite guidate in Mountain bike o bicicletta da strada nei dintorni, Monte Serra, Volterra con una ex campionessa italiana. Possibilità di visitare con gite di un giorno le maggiori città d’arte della Toscana quali Firenze (74 km), Lucca (20 km), Pisa (28 km), Siena oppure la costa (Marina di Pisa 40 km) si trovano a breve distanza. Il paese di Buti si trova a circa 1,5 km dalla casa e li troverete negozi e ristoranti. Scegliete Podere San Martino lo amerete e vorrete ritornarci!
Descrizione degli Interni
La casa si compone di: ingresso al piano terra (terreno a terrazze) cucina /tinello con fornelli (4 fuochi), forno, frigo/freezer, lavastoviglie, tavolo da pranzo, angolo soggiorno con grande caminetto, poltrona, televisione con satellite, 1 bagno di servizio con lavandino e wc. Scale per il piano sottostante (piano terra perché la casa è costruita sulla collina) 1 camera matrimoniale con armadio, 1 bagno con doccia, wc, bidet, stanza lavanderia con lavatrice, soggiorno di passaggio con divano letto matrimoniale uscita sul giardino, 1 camera con due letti con stanza armadio, 1 bagno con doccia, wc, bidet (accesso diretto al giardino bagno comodo per la piscina), accesso diretto alla veranda (di circa 15 mq) attrezzata con divano, poltrone, tavolino ideale come angolo lettura. La casa è completamente ed accuratamente ristrutturata in stile toscana, con travi sbiancati e molto luminosa.
Piscina aperta da inizio maggio a fine settembre, per le date precise vi preghiamo di contattarci.

Leider sind wir seit 2 Wochen wieder zu Hause, nachdem wir einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht haben. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in den toskanischen Hügeln mitten in Olivenbäumen mit einer unglaublich schönen Aussicht auf das weite Tal, in dem man abends die Beleuchtung genießen kann. Sehr begeistert waren wir von dem wundervollen großen Pool, der durch das Salz sehr angenehm weiches Wasser hatte, in dem man unendlich viel Platz zum Schwimmen und Toben hatte und von dem aus man ebenfalls die Aussicht ins Tal genießen konnte. Dort haben wir viele Stunden verbracht! Die Besitzerin des Hauses und ihr Vater, der “Padrone”, haben sich unglaublich nett um uns gekümmert, sie haben häufig per Whats App nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, standen bei jeder kleinen Schwierigkeit sofort zur Verfügung und haben geholfen und haben uns sogar – wegen der extremen Hitze in diesem Sommer – mit zwei funkelnagelneuen Ventilatoren versorgt. Außerdem konnten wir noch sehr gutes Olivenöl und Wein, vom Padrone selbst hergestellt, günstig von ihnen kaufen. Vorher erhielten wir von allem eine kostenlose Probe. Wir waren wirklich sehr angetan von dieser liebevollen Betreuung. Das Haus ist unbedingt empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub mit Kind und Hund!! Vielen Dank nochmals an Fabiana und Padrone.

Dear Fabiana,
our family say thank you for the nice two weeks we spent here, the view and the silence was fantastic and the kids loved the pool, so it wasn't necessary for us to drive to the sea everyday. It's the greatest place to start the excursions in tuskany- there are so many places to visit.
It's really nice that the cicadas stop singing during the night and just begin about 9:00 o'clock in the morning.
Maybe we see you again and we wish you a lot of rain in the next weeks.
The strawberries and the basilico in the garden tastes and your olive oil is fantastic
