The apartment ‘Sto Bene Qua’, ideally located about 600 m from the historic centre of Lucca and near the train station, will allow guests to visit the entire city on foot. The apartment is an ideal base for any activity: excursions to the most important cities of art (connections to Florence and Pisa are convenient and frequent), trips to the sea or to the mountains to the beautiful Cinque Terre or the Serchio Valley.
Lucca is also the city of walls and squares, churches, medieval towers and lively streets where you can breathe in the aroma of good food and hear the romantic arias of Puccini.
Guests will find a beautiful promenade just a few metres away, following a path that skirts the arches of the ancient Nottolini aqueduct: it is a flat, illuminated path of about 3 km that crosses the countryside between Lucca and Capannori.

The house is nicely furnished in modern style, parquet flooring in the bedrooms. Pets allowed only if well-behaved.

In all seasons, the flat can be rented for 2 people only at a special price by closing the two bedrooms with french beds - this means that you will only have the double bedroom at your disposal.

Vorrei in poche parole descrivere il mio più che positivo periodo di tre giorni presso la struttura della Signora Dervishi, o meglio Valentina, perché in pochi giorni presso la sua struttura ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. La camera era come ce l'aspettavamo e anche qualcosa in più, pulizia perfetta e sempre sorrisi e disponibilità da parte della padrona di casa, non avremmo potuto chiedere un soggiorno migliore presso la sua struttura.

Ottima sistemazione per sentirsi accolti in un ambiente molto familiare ad un prezzo più che accessibile. La proprietaria non fa mancare niente ai propri ospiti ed è di ottima compagnia. La casa è poco fuori le mura della bellissima Lucca, nel quartiere di San Concordio, ideale sia per chi viene in treno che per chi viene da fuori con il proprio automezzo e vuole evitare le ZTL. Ci torno ormai da anni e non ho ancora smesso.

From the moment we arrived, this apartment felt like a hidden gem. It strikes the perfect balance between style and comfort, with spotless interiors and thoughtful touches throughout. The neighbourhood couldn't be better - peaceful yet just steps away from great dining, shopping and beautiful walking paths. My daughter and I truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a very good location. I stayed there with my husband. It was wonderful place.I definitely want to go back again. Close to restaurants, shops and a good place for outdoor walking.

My family and I are from America and we're here for a week-long stay. It is a beautiful, spacious, and a cozy feeling apartment. The place is remodeled, so clean, fully furnished and has all the amenities that you need. It is near shops, restaurants, and 600 meters away from a nice walking area. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

We had a lovely weekend with Valentina, the host. The house was immaculate clean and very welcome. Valentina made us breakfast and gave us a tour of the city and the area. The house is spacious and has very good facilities and amenities. The location of the house is very close to the local coffees shops and the night life is very good.
We will be there again soon.

Io e un mio amico abbiamo alloggiato durante il periodo del Lucca comics.
La casa si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Mura di Lucca.
Situata in un palazzo di recente ristrutturazione, è fornita di tutti i comfort: lavatrice, asciugatrice ampio frigo, macchina del caffè...
Oltre alle camere spaziose ed accoglienti, è disponibile un'ampia sala relax con TV e servizi on demand.
La casa è pulita e ordinata.
La cucina ha il terrazzo utile per i fumatori.
