Sites touristiques
The owners offer (on payment) a transfer from the airport to the holiday home or other day trips (English-speaking driver). A public swimming pool, tennis club and golf driving ranch are located nearby (Vicopelago 6 km). There is even a riding stable in the village of S. Maria del Giudice.
There are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity of the house. For the fitter ones, we recommend the "Passo di Dante", a wonderful vantage point with panoramic views onto Pisa and the sea.
Casa Viviani is an ideal starting point for visiting the most important art cities in Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The white sandy beaches of the Versilia coast are just a stone's throw away.

Stairs to the 1st floor: large bedroom with 3 single beds and 1ensuite bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin.
A cot and high chair are also available on request.
The covered outdoor area is furnished with a rattan sofa and rattan armchairs, table and chairs, outdoor lighting. There is also a gazebo with sunbeds and a large barbecue. The garden is very well maintained!
The house is furnished with great attention to detail, in a modern style, to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. There are terracotta floors on the ground floor and parquet flooring on the 1st floor. This house is an ideal solution for people with a small handicap, as practically everything is on the ground floor.

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage Aufenthalt in dieser grozügig geschnittenen Villa mit sehr grossem Garten. Perfekt für die kleinen Kinder abseits der grossen Strassen zum erkunden und spielen. Im Haus selber ist alles notwendige vorhanden und auf dem neusten Stand. Wenn wir wieder in die Region fahren kommen wir gerne zurück. Zuletzt ist natürlich die super Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer zu erwähnen, wir waren zur richtigen Zeit da und haben erntereife Tomaten aus dem Garten bekommen! Fragen rund um Haus wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

Wij hebben genoten van dit mooie huis in een mooie omgeving. Casa Viviani is een mooi en een erg schoon huis. Alles was aanwezig. Bij aankomst stond vers fruit en wijn voor ons klaar. Wij kregen een warm welkom door Wanda en haar familie . Erg vriendelijke eigenaar.
We enjoyed this lovely house in a beautiful setting. Casa Viviani is a beautiful and a very clean house. Everything was there. Fresh fruit and wine were waiting for us on arrival. We received a warm welcome by Wanda and her family . Very friendly owner.

We loved this house and really enjoyed our time there. The house is in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet area. Wanda and her family were excellent hosts - they were always responsive, very helpful and extraordinarily generous. We are very much looking forward to come back.
