Sites touristiques
The owners offer (on payment) a transfer from the airport to the holiday home or other day trips (English-speaking driver). A public swimming pool, tennis club and golf driving ranch are located nearby (Vicopelago 6 km). There is even a riding stable in the village of S. Maria del Giudice.
There are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity of the house. For the fitter ones, we recommend the "Passo di Dante", a wonderful vantage point with panoramic views onto Pisa and the sea.
Casa Viviani is an ideal starting point for visiting the most important art cities in Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The white sandy beaches of the Versilia coast are just a stone's throw away.

Stairs to the 1st floor: large bedroom with 3 single beds and 1ensuite bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin.
A cot and high chair are also available on request.
The covered outdoor area is furnished with a rattan sofa and rattan armchairs, table and chairs, outdoor lighting. There is also a gazebo with sunbeds and a large barbecue. The garden is very well maintained!
The house is furnished with great attention to detail, in a modern style, to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. There are terracotta floors on the ground floor and parquet flooring on the 1st floor. This house is an ideal solution for people with a small handicap, as practically everything is on the ground floor.

A spacious immaculately clean property with a stunning view from the veranda.
Convenient to a train station for trips to Florence and Pisa and other towns. Bus from village to Lucca. Convenient restaurants, small grocery shop and post office in the village.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Wanda et sa famille nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et ont été disponible tout au long de notre séjour.
Le logement est propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est idéalement placée pour des vacances reposantes. La maison est néanmoins un peu difficile à trouver car assez retirée mais les instructions données nous ont été d’une grande aide.

Es war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis in den grünen Hügeln der Toscana. Alle Räume sind landestypisch geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, und der Garten mit den Zitronenbäumen perfekt gepflegt.Sehr sauberes Haus.Die freundliche (aussliesslich italienischsprechende) Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Der sehr enge kurvige Schotterweg erfordert sicheres Autofahren!

L'accueil est très agréable, et toutes les instructions données pour arriver sont claires, précises et très utiles. Le jardin est très bien entretenu ; la maison est grande est très propre. L'environnement est paisible, et la maison est proche de Lucca et de Pisa. Par contre, il faut bien noter que l'accès se fait par une route étroite où il est difficile de se croiser, mais il y a peu de circulation.
L'accoglienza è molto piacevole e tutte le istruzioni fornite per arrivare sono chiare, precise e molto utili. Il giardino è molto ben curato; la casa è grande ed è molto pulita. L'ambiente è tranquillo e la casa è vicino a Lucca e a Pisa. D'altra parte, va notato che l'accesso avviene attraverso una strada stretta dove è difficile incrociarsi, ma c'è poco traffico.

We came by car, midsize, rented in Florence. The last part , about 60-70 meters, was very narrow, but we got used to it. The villa was good for two elderly couples. Clean, almost everything we needed for our 10 day stay, warm enough. The location peaceful but with car in a hour much to reach and see. The host(s) were nice, helpful and easy to get in contact with if needed.

Beautiful house with very nice details inside. Nice big yard with beautiful views of surrounding area. My wife and I plan on returning to Lucca several times a year and will use this place again. Be ready for charming narrow 1 lane roads (2-way) though a pretty little town in the foothills. Property owner was super nice and responsive to any needs we had. A++

Wunderschöne. Das Haus ist hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert auch für eine Großfamilie, oder bis zu 3 Paaren.
Das Grundstück und die Räumlichkeiten sind liebevoll gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und liebevoll verabschiedet. Ja, und die Lage ist traumhaft mit einem freuen Blick zu den bewaldeten Hügeln. wir haben uns mit unseren Freunden vom ersten Augenblick an Zuhause gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa in der Toskana! Die Unterkunft ist einfach atemberaubend – unglaublich groß, so dass wir alle bequem Platz hatten und uns trotzdem jederzeit wie zuhause fühlten. Die Villa ist super sauber und gepflegt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Sie sind wirklich eine Herzensfamilie, die uns mit so viel Wärme und Freundlichkeit empfangen hat. Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass wir unsere Vespa-Anhänger bei Nonno Francesco, dem Gastgeber, unterstellen konnten. Er hat uns sogar eine wunderschöne Vespa-Route in der Toskana erstellt, die uns zu den schönsten Ecken der Region geführt hat. Das hat unseren Ausflug zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht!Wir haben die gemeinsamen Momente sehr genossen! Weiterempfehlung!

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage Aufenthalt in dieser grozügig geschnittenen Villa mit sehr grossem Garten. Perfekt für die kleinen Kinder abseits der grossen Strassen zum erkunden und spielen. Im Haus selber ist alles notwendige vorhanden und auf dem neusten Stand. Wenn wir wieder in die Region fahren kommen wir gerne zurück. Zuletzt ist natürlich die super Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer zu erwähnen, wir waren zur richtigen Zeit da und haben erntereife Tomaten aus dem Garten bekommen! Fragen rund um Haus wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

Wij hebben genoten van dit mooie huis in een mooie omgeving. Casa Viviani is een mooi en een erg schoon huis. Alles was aanwezig. Bij aankomst stond vers fruit en wijn voor ons klaar. Wij kregen een warm welkom door Wanda en haar familie . Erg vriendelijke eigenaar.

We loved this house and really enjoyed our time there. The house is in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet area. Wanda and her family were excellent hosts - they were always responsive, very helpful and extraordinarily generous. We are very much looking forward to come back.
