Il Cantuccio is a picturesque Tuscan – style stone house, surrounded by greenery on the beautiful hills between Lucca and the sea – a very peaceful location. The house is completely independent, with a spacious 1000 sqm garden and outdoor areas equipped with tables, pergola and relax areas.

The house lies close to a characteristic village, 360 m above sea level, with the possibility to reach on foot a small grocery and a traditional restaurant where you may taste the typical Tuscan cuisine. For lovers of strolls or bicycle tours it is possible to discover, departing from the house, the village of Monsagrati or the mountains of the Pizzorne and the lovely hamlets of the area.
The city of Lucca (20 km), Pisa (35 km) and the sea (25 km) are within easy reach.

This house is perfect for families or pairs of friends and for those who seek the quiet and privacy of a private house, which is at guests’ complete disposal!
The house consists of 2 adjoining apartments, which are connected by an internal door on the ground floor and are rented together in the months of July and August. During middle and low season, however, it is possible to rent them also separately.
The 2 units Il Cantuccio 1 and Il Cantuccio 2 are completely independent and dispose of separate entrances on the 2 sides of the house. They have separate external areas equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
Il Cantuccio 1

Il Cantuccio 1 consists of: entrance on the ground floor, dining room with a big crystal table, fireplace, kitchen with small fridge, separate freezer, stove with 4 burners, toaster, filter coffee brewer, exit to the garden, living room corner with sofa and TV.
Wooden stairs to the 1st floor:1 spacious double bedroom with French sized bed (1,40 m) with chaise longue armchair, TV, 1 bathroom with big shower, toilet, basin.
The apartment is furnished with great care in country style with antique furnishings, parquet flooring in the bedroom, walls partially in stone and wooden beamed ceilings. Parking within the grounds. Wi-fi connection.

Il Cantuccio 2 consists of: entrance on the ground floor, dining room/kitchen with dining table,1 double sofa bed, kitchenette with stove (4 burners), oven, small fridge with freezer, exit to the garden with wrought iron and parasol, wooden stairs to the 1st floor, 1 double bedroom with TV, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, basin. Washing machine.
The apartment is furnished with great care in country style with antique furnishings, parquet flooring in the bedroom, walls partially in stone and wooden beamed ceilings. Parking within the grounds. Wi-fi connection.
