„La Cascina“is part of a property with an ancient mansion, with an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, bench, deckchairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque for your dining al fresco. There is a completely fenced garden with very old trees, set in terraces, with a private pool, out of the earth (7x3m, depth: 1.20m) equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella and external bathroom with WC, basin, at the guests’ disposal.

Parking at about 100 meters from the house. Pets allowed on request with picture.

The ancient hamlet of S. Gennaro is located on the hills, which separate Lucca from Montecatini. Ideal departure point to visit the nearby cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa or Lucca und the world famous park of Pinocchio in Collodi.
You may have wonderful strolls in the nearby hills and villages such as Petrognano, Valgiano, follow the wine road und discover different wine factories and yummy restaurants.
Villa Bonvisi, which lies next to the house “La Cascina”, is a historical “palazzo”, end 1500 – there are some expositions from time to time. The owners live sometimes in the villa. Parking in the vicinity of the house. Pets allowed on request with picture.

Ein schöner, ruhiger und alt-italienischer Ort.
Das Grundstück (mit Pool) war sehr weitläufig und nur für uns - es störte niemand.
Der Empfang der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, alles lief sehr unkompliziert.
Die Kaution wurde umgehend am Abreisetag zurückgegeben .
Die Ausstattung war okay, Bad und Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch das war kein Problem
Sehr beeindruckend war eine Führung durch den Pallazzo, das war gefühlte Geschichte.
