Description
This country house is located on the hills between Lucca and the sea, on a wonderful panoramic spot, within total greenery.
One part of the house was converted into a cozy holiday home. There is 600 sqm sized garden, sub-divided in terraces, which is at the full disposal of the guests, equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs and barbeque. Within a few steps access to a swimming pool (set out of earth, diameter: 5.5m, deep: 1.20m) which disposes of breathtaking views, equipped with deck-chairs and sun-umbrella. There is a washing machine in the garage. The owner lives in the smaller part of the house, she has an independent entrance and will not use at all the garden and swimming pool, but she will certainly respect guests’ privacy.

Alla Quercia is the ideal choice for all those guests looking for a relaxing holiday but at the same time being able to make interesting excursions. The coast of the Versilia is within short distance (about 25km), the city of Lucca (about 10km) or Pisa (about 30km).

Access with a small covered veranda, spacious and bright, cozy living room with 2 couches, 2 upholstered chairs, fire-place, SAT-TV, dining-cum-kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms (one double bed can be divided), 1 bedroom with a French sized bed (1.20m), baby bed, possibility of 1 additional bed in the wardrobe which is a walk-through room, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet.Internet max 3 GB/week Included

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich an ruhiger Lage, wenige Minuten nördlich von Lucca. Es liegt sehr idyllisch, inmitten von Weinreben, mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Tal. Das Haus an sich, ist mit allen notwendigen Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet. Ausserdem war das ganze Haus sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Der Vermieter antwortet stets sehr zügig auf alle Mails und zeigte sich immer hilfsbereit. Auch ein hervorragender Gastgeber, stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Die Unterkunft ist von meiner/unserer Seite her, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus nahe Lucca verbracht. Man hat einen unglaublichen Blick bis auf das Meer (bei klarem Wetter). In dem Ferienhaus ist alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.

Es erwartet Sie ein grosszügiges Ferienhaus mit Balkon, überdachter Sitzgelegenheit, aussen sehr schöner Pool in sehr schöner und ruhiger Gegend. Nach jedem Ausflug (ans Meer, in benachbart gelegene Orte wie Pisa, Siena usw.) waren wir froh wieder zurück "auf unserem Berg" zu sein und zwar in der Unterkunft, um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen! Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar, gab Tipps für Weinproben sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir sind gut erholt nach Hause gefahren!

Gli affittuari si sono rivelati molto cordiali e disponibili, quasi familiari.
Da tenere in considerazione per una vacanza immersi nella natura, lontano il giusto caos cittadino macchina.
