Also departing from Marlia you may reach in 30 minutes the plateau of the Pizzorne – a delightful spot with its woods and lawns where you and your children could relax on hot summer days.

Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, basin, bidet. The house disposes of modern and tasteful furnishings, big windows, walls painted in delicate pastel colours – all this makes it to a cosy place. The house is attached to one side to another house, but it has its own independent entrance. Private garden equipped with a table, chairs, barbeque, deckchairs and sun-umbrella. WiFi provided. Parking within the grounds.4 bycicles at customer's disposal.
The factory that you see in the distance is closed, so there is no source of noise from this.
