Grumo est une petite, jolie maison rustique indépendante avec vue à couper le souffle sur tous ses côtés.
Un gazon arboré et très soigné où plusieurs pins et d’autres arbres créent d’agréables zones ombragées, entoure la maison,. Convenable pour une vacance sous le signe du relax, un jardin clôturé (hauteur 1.60m) d’environ 3'500 mq équipé de barbecue, table, chaises, chaises-longues et parasol vous permettra d’organiser des soirées amusantes ou de passer des moments agréables en totale liberté et en compagnie. Piscine privée environ 5 x 10m /profondeur 140cm. La propriété se trouve dans une exploitation agricole. La maison dispose d’un jardin complètement clôturé et privé exclusivement à la disposition des hôtes ( portail d’accès privé). Dans les environs de la propriété se trouve un portail que de temps en temps est ouvert pour permettre le passage aux terrains de l’exploitation agricole. ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUE ADMIS SUR DEMANDE.
Possibilité de louer la maison pour maximum 3 + 1 personnes (en fermant 1 chambre avec grand lit), avec prix de loyer réduit.
Descriptif des Intérieurs
Entrée par quelques marches dans la salle de séjour avec 1 divan lit pour 1 personne, fauteuil, buanderie avec lave-linge. Cuisine avec fourneaux/four, frigo avec petit freezer, cheminée, salle de bains et douche, W.C/bidet. Au 1er étage 2 chambres avec un grand lit et plafond mansardé, 1 petite chambre avec 1 lit individuel, 1 salle de bain avec douche, bidet, wc. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Ameublement rustique, stationnement prés de la maison.

Ein kleines Paradies! Wir hatten hier eine tolle, erholsame Woche im Juni mit unseren 2 Kindern (10 + 13 Jahre) und unserer Hündin Luna. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe und Pfannen in allen Größen und - besonders im Sommer wichtig - ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Das ganze Haus ist super sauber und alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Verschiedene Sitzplätze rund ums Haus bieten immer die passenden Sonnen-Schattenverhältnisse. Der riesige, komplett eingezäunte Garten war für unsere "Stadthündin" ein Traum mit viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben und auch für die Zweibeiner gab es genügend Platz zum Federballspielen etc. Der Pool ist groß genug auch zum Schwimmen und Tauchen und war ideal temperiert. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.Zusammenfassend können wir sagen: Wir hatten noch nie so einen entspannten Urlaub mit unserem Hund und den Kindern! Wir können das Haus Grumo nur weiter empfehlen!

Thank you very much for everything. We spent a nice week here in Grumo even if the weather hasn't really nice, sadely we couldn't use the pool, but we had fun playing games and our dogs loved the place. We really recommend to go to the restaurant "Cecconi" and "Da Valentino". The food is all homemade and just delicious.

Dear "Grumo"
We have enjoyed six wonderful days in your House.
Our first trip to Tuscany, but hopefully not the last :)
The Weather has been "super" a little rain- a lot of sun perfect 27°-30°c
We have been in Pisa & Lucca, at the beach and enjoyed the local food & wine. But the best was the surroundings of the house, the pool, the view to the mountains and the quiteness here at "Grumo".
