This impressive and attractive villa dates back to the 16th century and lies at the bottom of the mountains of Pisa, only a few kilometres (7 km) away from the city of Lucca. The villa is divided into three apartments, two of them converted into cosy holiday homes.
Villa Rossini has extensive and completely enclosed lands (roughly 10.000 sqm) mostly kept as garden with a collection of antique and modern roses, various kinds of flowers and some lovely statues. In the garden guests have available for communal use a beautiful, in-ground swimming pool (size 9 x 4,6 m, deep: 1.20m) with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and external shower. Each apartment has its own private outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, gazebo and barbeque.
The surroundings offer lots of possibilities for day trips or recreation activities: guests may take beautiful walks or bike rides (4 bikes for adults + 1 bike for boys and girls are available at the property) along the beautiful Nottolini aqueduct or on the various paths and trails which lead to the nearby characteristic village of Vorno. Lovely Lucca with its impressive city wall is just a few kilometres from here. The coast is an easy half an hour drive and Firenze, Pisa and Siena are all likewise easy to reach by public transportation.

The apartment "Villa Rossini" consists of: 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, living room with SAT-TV, dining room with 1 double bed settee, frescos on the walls, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, stone sink, a few stone steps are leading to 1 bathroom with tub/shower, bidet, wc.
Villa Rossini has partially antique pieces of furniture. Washing machine. Child’s bed at disposal. A covered pergola serves as parking. The owners live in the third apartment on the 2nd floor.
The apartment has no heating.
Each apartment has a private washing machine.
