The house lies amidst olive groves and old trees but it is only within 5 Km from the centre and Km 21 from the coast. The spacious 2000 sqm sized garden is equipped with table and chairs, sun-lounges, gazebo and barbecue and features a swimming pool not set in the earth (5,49 m x 2,74 m depht 1,20 m) for the only use of the house’s guests.
Guests may chill out in the beautiful garden, take a walk on the lovely countryside around the house or explore the nearby Lucca together with other famous Tuscan towns such as Pisa, Florence and Siena.
